Order processing and current status

After placing an order, the consumer will receive an email from automat@n2o3.com with a link to check the current order status and, in the case of prepayment by bank transfer, the payment details.

The order lead time depends on the availability of the items selected by the customer. Each product page displays the current stock status. If the quantity ordered is equal to or less than the shown stock level, the lead time is set to 48 business hours, which already includes delivery to the customer via the courier company.
If the order exceeds the available stock, the customer is informed of the next possible fulfillment date in the order summary (cart) section.
